Being one of the vital components of the game of cricket, batting usually decides the result of a match. No matter how much a team has been powered with the strongest bowling attack, it will not be able for it to finish a match with the victory until and unless the batsmen also impart their role on the crease.

Quetta Gladiators is a team which is powered with one of the strongest opening couple of the world. Kevin Pietersen is known for his aggressive performance on the crease especially in top order batting level. Ahmad Shehzad, the one having strong grip on the bat, especially playing the ball on the off side, will open the innings along with the ex English star. It means that the opponents will surely face a hurdle at the start of every innings of Quetta Gladiators. Quetta Gladiators have few more opening options as a backup in case of any mishap like Luke Wright and Sarfaraz Ahmad etc.

2-Middle Order

The middle order of any team acts as a back bone in the overall performance of the team. Failure of opening batsmen may create some problems at the start of the innings but this hurdle can be proved as a temporary loss if the middle order batsmen do up to their most possible level with the bat.  Quetta Gladiators is lucky to be equipped with some big names that will be available to give support to the team batting line in the middle section. Asad Shafiq, Umar Amin and few more pillars like them will offer their support to the team in the middle of the innings

3-Tale Enders

In case the middle order fails to do its best at the crease, the last hopes follows the tale enders, who are although, not the full time batsmen, but are expected to do atleast better with their bats on the pitch. Muhammad Nawaz, Muhammad Amin and Umar Gul have changed the scenario of the game for so many times in the past. These players can anytime prove very much dangerous to the opposition bowlers, especially if the team needs their role.

Bowling is the factor that imparts fifty percent or more share in the final results of the match. Although the conditions of the pitch also play a role in the results, but this cannot compete the importance of bowling in the cricket.

The fast bowling attack is considered as the most damaging character for the batting of in any opponent team. In Quetta Gladiators team, there are number of pacers that have the ability to give a breakthrough at any time. Umar Gul, the man of the series of t-20 world cup 2009, can anytime be proved as a horrible dream and a destructive soul for the opponent batsmen.

Muhammad Nawaz, Muhammad Nabi, Kevin Pietersen and Zulfiqar Babar are among the topmost spin attacks of the world. They have a wide experience in the international t-20 cricket. They can drop the run rate of the opponent team even in the power plays that can really turn a certain defeat to victory in any match.

Kevin Pietersen, being an ex English star, has been famous for his outstanding performance with field. He has the ability to provoke the enthusiasm of other players to show their maximum to stop singles and doubles. Ahmad Shehzad has also proved himself as a quick returner of the ball to the stumps. He has a very good catching record. Other players including Tymal Mills, Noor Ali and Hassan Khan have also a good record to stop singles and doubles.
